Student at Uni of Saskatchwan born Aug 17th 1895 in Greenock. 

Enlisted in Saskatoon on March 28th 1917.  Joined the Princess Patricia's Canandian Light Infantry (P.P.C.L.I.) in the field November 4, 1917. Wounded December 27, 1917 and September 30, 1918. Struck off strength October 6, 1918. Invalided owing to sickness or wounds.
