Robert Marks

Had served 18 years in the Army with the Welsh Fusiliers and for several years later worked as a fireman on the Anchor Line. Rejoined at start of war. Invalided home he was sent to Ireland to recover but died in Belfast Military Hospital from wounds and the effects of mustard gas. 2nd son of the late Peter Marks - two brothers in the army.
