Kenneth Duckett was born in Glasgow on the 5th October 1891 and married Isabelle Sutton Laidlaw. Isabelle was pregnant with their daughter Annis when Kenneth died during the Battle of the Somme. Remembered at St George in the Fields, Glasgow

Seriously wounded at Delville Wood and taken to No 13 Field Hospital where he died later that day. He led an attack which had been cancelled - he never received the order. More info HERE
