  • Once again you have produced a very outstanding exhibition.
  • An excellent exhibition- highly informative and so well organised.  The museum staff deserve great praise.  I found a personal connection with one particular story and at the age of 80 learned a great deal of WW1 from my mother who was widowed in the 2nd WW and this has been brought back more vividly.
  • A wonderful exhibition and so happy to find details of my uncle Thomas Glenney.  Very moving.  Many thanks for such a well laid out exhibition.

  • Very interesting exhibition and a big thanks should go to all who donated items and to all who put the exhibition together.  It’s important to remember these people who have given us our freedom.  Loved the “Too many names” project.
  • Excellent exhibition.  So many lives lost for our freedom.  Feel very emotional often seeing book of remembrance and seeing and reading my Great Uncle mentioned, Henry J Short, whom I was told was shot by a sniper.  We must never be allowed to forget the great sacrifice made by all who gave their young lives.  Thank you Vincent for your help and giving me more information on my great uncle.
